Build Your Nonprofit Leadership Skills
The Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Series is designed to strengthen both nonprofit leaders and the organizations they serve. When nonprofit leaders are equipped with practical leadership, communication, financial, and strategic skills, organizations are better positioned to advance their missions and adapt to challenges.
This live, online series provides actionable strategies and real-world insights that participants can immediately apply within their organizations. Each course is intentionally designed to move beyond theory, giving nonprofit professionals practical tools and next steps they can use to strengthen leadership capacity, improve operations, and better serve their communities.
To earn the Nonprofit Leadership Certificate, participants must complete six core courses within two years. After finishing each course, participants will receive a digital badge recognizing their achievement and the skills they have developed. Upon completion of all six core courses, participants will earn a final digital badge signifying their expertise and commitment to nonprofit leadership excellence.

Nonprofit Leadership Scholarships
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, in partnership with the Pablo Foundation, the Eau Claire Community Foundation, and Royal Credit Union, is dedicated to strengthening local nonprofit organizations. A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to qualifying nonprofits to participate in UW-Eau Claire’s Continuing Education Nonprofit Leadership Series.
