Participants will explore the foundations of successful fund development, including creating a compelling case for support, identifying funding needs, diversifying revenue streams, and building a realistic development plan that can be implemented over time.
Through discussion, reflection, practical tools, and real-world examples, participants will leave with greater clarity, actionable strategies, and resources they can immediately apply within their organizations.

She has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Family Resource Center for Eau Claire County, Foundation Director for Sacred Heart Hospital, and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Chippewa Valley. Ann has worked with organizations across the Midwest, and is committed to equipping leaders with the tools they need for success.
