Reflect, Refine, and Grow as a Nonprofit Leader
Nonprofit leadership requires more than technical skill—it calls for self-awareness, adaptability, and the ability to inspire others in complex and often resource-constrained environments. This workshop creates space for leaders to step back from daily demands and reflect on who they are as leaders, what their organizations need from them now, and how they can continue to grow. Participants will explore leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and values-driven decision-making while creating a clear and actionable plan for their continued development.
Objectives:
- Increase self-awareness of their leadership style, strengths, and impact on others
- Identify the leadership qualities most critical for success in nonprofit environments
- Explore how emotional intelligence and communication shape organizational culture
- Recognize growth areas and define specific leadership development priorities
- Strengthen their ability to lead with authenticity, clarity, and adaptability
- Create a personalized roadmap for continued leadership growth

Complete all six courses within two years, and you will be awarded the Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Completion Badge. This badge will showcase your advanced expertise in nonprofit leadership.

Ann Kaiser has over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Family Resource Center for Eau Claire County, Foundation Director for Sacred Heart Hospital, and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Chippewa Valley. Ann has worked with organizations across the Midwest, and is committed to equipping leaders with the tools they need for success.
