You’ll leave this program with tactics, tools, and strategies you can quickly put into effect and a roadmap to set your team up for the future.

- Build individual development plans focused on the critical competencies

- Develop and implement a succession planning process to ensure viable talent is grown and retained
This course can be taken individually or as part of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. This is an elective course. Take three core classes plus three electives in five years to earn your certificate.
